We are seeking a motivated and experienced SEND Education Professional to join our team at the Leader Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Scunthorpe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring that students receive targeted support and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate learner progress, making adjustments to support strategies as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, sharing information about their child's educational journey.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a SEND environment or a similar unit/provision.
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desirable.

  • The estimated annual salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
