Join Our Team:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Scunthorpe team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers and working closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth running of our service.

Salary: £31,639.40 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in health and social care, preferably with an NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care Adults or equivalent qualification. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care Adults or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of working in a similar setting
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and training skills
