Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Implement RegTech Solutions:
  • Develop and deploy RegTech solutions that automate compliance processes such as AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). You will build systems that ensure real-time compliance, monitor risk, and generate automated reports.
Enhance Regulatory Reporting and Data Management:

Implement AI and Machine Learning for Risk Detection:
  • Integrate artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies to detect compliance risks, flag suspicious activities, and enhance fraud detection. You will develop predictive models that help businesses identify risks before they become issues.
Ensure Security and Regulatory Compliance:
  • Focus on embedding security into every step of the RegTech solution development process. You will ensure that systems comply with relevant regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, AML, GDPR) while protecting sensitive financial data through encryption, authentication, and secure data handling.
Optimize and Automate Compliance Workflows:
  • Streamline regulatory processes by creating automated workflows that reduce manual effort. You will design solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, making compliance efficient, accurate, and easy to manage.
Monitor Regulatory Changes and Update Solutions:
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure that RegTech solutions evolve in response to new laws and compliance requirements. You will update and maintain systems as regulations change, ensuring the business remains compliant in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • RegTech Development Expertise: Strong experience in developing and implementing RegTech solutions. You understand regulatory requirements and have the technical skills to build tools that automate compliance with frameworks like AML, KYC, GDPR, and MiFID II.
  • AI/ML and Data Analytics Knowledge: Familiarity with AI, ML, and big data analytics for risk detection and compliance monitoring. You are experienced in building predictive models for fraud detection, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as AML, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and KYC. You know how to ensure that systems meet legal standards and regulatory compliance.
  • API Integration and Workflow Automation: Proficiency in integrating RegTech solutions with existing systems through APIs. You are experienced in developing automated workflows that reduce manual compliance tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Security and Data Privacy: Strong knowledge of data security best practices, including encryption, access control, and compliance with global data protection laws. You know how to design systems that protect sensitive financial and personal data.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Law, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent experience in RegTech development or compliance management is highly valued.
  • Certifications in compliance or risk management (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are a plus.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in RegTech, financial compliance, or related roles with hands-on experience developing compliance automation tools and systems.
  • Experience working with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, AML, KYC, or MiFID II is required.
  • Experience using AI/ML technologies for risk detection and fraud prevention is highly desirable.

Benefits:
