About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead our Eating Disorders Team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult mental health services, with experience in managing teams and providing leadership and supervision to others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a highly skilled multidisciplinary team in the field of adult community eating disorders.
  • Work flexibly to provide leadership and deliver a good quality service.
  • Undertake a liaison role between NCEDS, acute trusts, community teams, social care services, and locality mental health teams, police, GPs and other relevant agencies.
  • Contribute to Trust wide initiatives in conjunction with other Team Leaders.
  • Undertake Performance Management with staff (this includes appraisals) and monitor compliance with mandatory training.
  • Develop a good working relationship with local ICB and ensure all required Key performance indicators are met.
  • Participate in recruitment and actively enhance retention through the quality agenda.
  • Oversee management of risk within the service.
