Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd as an Independent Financial Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting Financial Advisers in delivering high-quality client services.

The successful candidate will have experience in maintaining good working relationships in a financial planning environment, assessing information, and applying new skills and knowledge. They will be responsible for collecting and collating client data, discussing objectives with Financial Advisers, and identifying areas for planning solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in maintaining client records and gathering data in a financial planning environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to collect and collate client information and data in line with company policy and compliance regulations.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Planning process and ability to work within defined business processes.
