Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Adore Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts in the retail sector, promoting products and services, and expanding the client base through targeted new business acquisition.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to develop their skills and expertise, working closely with our marketing department to re-engage lapsed customers and drive new business through effective use of sales tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and build strong relationships with a designated list of clients.
- Regularly engage with clients to promote products and services, working toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Expand the client base through targeted new business acquisition.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and accurate forecasting.
Requirements:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Sales or customer service-related qualification (desirable).
- Full, clean UK driving license.
- 2+ years of experience in an external sales role, ideally within the retail consumables or shop fittings sector.
- Proven experience managing accounts autonomously in a regional capacity.
- Demonstrable understanding of complex account management structures, ideally within the retail/fashion industry.
