Heavy Machinery Surveyor and Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Machinery Surveyor and Technician to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our heavy machinery inspection and certification service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of lifting equipment across various industries.
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and certifying cranes and lifting equipment, working closely with clients to manage their diary and provide excellent customer service. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including aerospace, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities and Requirements- Inspect and certify cranes and lifting equipment
- Manage client relationships and diaries
- Provide technical specialist support
- Operate within agreed authorities, inspection, and H&S standards
- Clear customer focus and drive to achieve optimal service delivery
- Level 4 qualification in a mechanical-based subject (e.g., HNC)
- Hands-on experience of fixing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, or servicing lifting equipment or cranes
- UK driving license
