We are seeking a highly professional and customer service-driven individual to join our team as a Corporate Receptionist. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our modern and well-equipped office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet visitors and create a positive first impression.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and assist with event coordination.
  • Maintain the tidiness of the reception area and ensure it reflects the professionalism of the organisation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
