- Support the Clinical Lead Nurse and deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence.
- Offer supervision and training to Nurse, Senior Carer, and Care Assistant colleagues.
- Ensure a safe, caring, stimulating, and homely environment for residents and their visitors.

- Must be a Registered Nurse holding a valid NMC pin.
