Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Telford Hall Care Home. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take the lead in ensuring outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to residents at all times.
  • Support the Clinical Lead Nurse and deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence.
  • Offer supervision and training to Nurse, Senior Carer, and Care Assistant colleagues.
  • Ensure a safe, caring, stimulating, and homely environment for residents and their visitors.

Requirements:
  • Applicants should be dedicated, proactive, and trustworthy RGNs or RMNs with proven supervisory experience and either experience of or a keen interest in working in a nursing home environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as are an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work and a keen interest in the professional development of themselves and others.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse holding a valid NMC pin.
