**Clinical Deputy Manager Opportunity at Telford Hall**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our management team as a Clinical Deputy Manager at Telford Hall. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to residents at all times.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Leadership and Supervision: Take the lead in ensuring that clinical care is delivered to the highest standard, supporting the Clinical Lead Nurse and deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence.
  • Staff Development: Offer supervision, support, and training to Nurse Senior Carer and Care Assistant colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Environmental Safety: Ensure that a safe, caring, stimulating, and homely environment is maintained for residents and their visitors at all times.

**Requirements:**
