Salary: Salary £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on qualifications), plus uncapped commission and quarterly bonus

The RoleAs our Retail Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in managing and growing our retail accounts. You'll build strong relationships with our retail partners, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed. This role is key to maintaining our brand's presence in the retail world and driving the success of our products on the shelves.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners, ensuring they have everything needed to effectively sell and promote Azio Beauty products.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for expanding sales within existing accounts and develop strategies to onboard new retail partners.
- Brand Representation: Ensure consistent and impactful brand representation across all retail channels, aligning with our mission and values.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on account performance, leveraging data to inform and optimize strategies.
- Experience: 2+ years in account management, particularly within the beauty or retail sectors.
- Sales Acumen: A proven track record in driving sales growth and managing successful retail accounts.
