Retail Account Manager

Manning Global is seeking a highly skilled Retail Account Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills of our retail partners' staff.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our retail partners.
  • Provide ongoing support and development opportunities for our retail partners' staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Identify skill gaps within our retail partners' teams and develop targeted training initiatives to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our training programs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
