Retail Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Account Manager to join our fast-growing Hardware Channels team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue-maximizing strategies for key retail partners, managing and nurturing relationships with existing retailers, and leading product marketing initiatives that position our products front-and-center in retail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute revenue-maximizing strategies for key retail partners.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing retailers to grow our presence.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives that position our products front-and-center in retail.
  • Innovate new ways to drive product discovery and engagement at retail.
  • Oversee retail marketing budgets to ensure campaigns deliver a positive return on investment.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or retail marketing, ideally with large-format UK retailers.
  • Proven success in launching products across new and existing retail channels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to travel (up to 20%).
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 pa
  • Hybrid working from London (2 days in the office)
  • Contract: 12 months
