Job Opportunity - Electronics and Systems Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and improvement of high-quality electronics products in the hygiene industry.

About the Role:

This Electronics and Systems Engineer position at ACS Performance requires a skilled professional to lead the design and development of innovative products, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities include project administration, hardware and firmware risk assessment, validation testing, task prioritization, and cost-effective design optimization.
Responsibilities:
  • Support in-market and new product development projects by managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and resolve product issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement test plans for electronic, firmware, and software components.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in New Product Introduction and/or New Product Development, proficiency in STM32 Cube IDE, RTOS, C++, and C, and the ability to troubleshoot electronic manufacturing issues and devise quality plans.

  • Mandatory qualifications include experience as an Electronic Engineer, ability to understand schematics, specify components, and advise on process improvements down to component level.

We estimate that this role would come with a salary around $80,000 per annum, based on average salaries in similar positions and considering the company's location.
