About the Role:

  • Provide personalized guidance and support to clients, helping them develop job-ready skills and secure employment.
  • Manage a caseload of clients, offering tailored advice on their journey to work.
  • Use your recruitment experience to match clients with suitable roles and support them in job applications and interview preparation.
  • Engage with employers, training providers, and other partners to build relationships and secure job opportunities for clients.
  • Lead workshops that prepare clients for the job market, focusing on skills development and employability.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship to clients even after they've secured roles, ensuring they thrive in their new jobs.

  • A competitive salary of £28,500, rising to £30,000 after probation.
