Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Ocorian Group. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting HR-related activities across our global jurisdictions in a Shared Services environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Employee Support
    • Be the primary point of contact for employee and manager support on company policies, procedures, processes, and HR systems/data.
  • Onboarding and HR Documentation
    • Support the onboarding process, deliver new joiner inductions, and prepare HR documentation throughout the employee life cycle (e.g., offers of employment and promotions).
  • HR System Maintenance
    • Maintain relevant HR systems to reflect required information for new joiners and current employees. Perform audits and contribute to data integrity initiatives.
  • HR Process Administration
    • Administer, monitor, and/or support human resources processes such as probation reviews, employee referrals, and benefits administration.
  • Process Improvement
    • Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of human resources processes and documentation.
  • HR System Development
    • Support the definition of requirements, testing, and deployment of new and/or enhanced HR systems and functionalities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR role, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
  • Experience of working with HR Systems.
  • At least intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Approachable, proactive, flexible, and pragmatic with balanced and sound judgment.
  • Exposure to international HR is preferable.
