About the Role

NextEnergy Group is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our senior leadership teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join our international organisation and contribute to our mission of generating a more sustainable future by leading the transition to clean energy.

The successful candidate will have exceptional administrative skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritise calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Organise travel logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for team members.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and database management.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making and project initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • The right to work in the UK.
