Job Description:
As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a critical role in leading and managing our health and safety approach. You will work closely with the Production Manager to develop and implement effective policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments and site inspections, and provide training and support to staff to promote a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Deliver training programs to staff to promote a positive safety culture.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £34,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
