Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Consultant to join our team at NHBC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our customers during the claims process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of claims from validity through to conclusion, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, Claims Investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and transparency.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement processes and procedures that enhance customer experience and claims resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in claims handling or customer service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
