Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Consultant at NHBC, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims from initiation to closure. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
