Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at NHBC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims from validity through to closure, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage claims, ensuring regular touch points with customers and adherence to internal Service Level Agreements.
  • Support standard claims workstreams as required, or upon request from a Team Leader.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
  • Own and adhere to internal and external policies, procedures, and governance.
  • Opportunity to contribute to process improvements within the team.

Requirements

  • Experience working with housing associations or managing agents.
  • Background in customer service or insurance claims handling.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
