Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at NHBC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims from validity through to closure, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage claims, ensuring regular touch points with customers and adherence to internal Service Level Agreements.
- Support standard claims workstreams as required, or upon request from a Team Leader.
- Ensure understanding and adherence to Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
- Own and adhere to internal and external policies, procedures, and governance.
- Opportunity to contribute to process improvements within the team.
Requirements
- Experience working with housing associations or managing agents.
- Background in customer service or insurance claims handling.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
