We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the leadership of our pre-school. The successful candidate will contribute to the planning and delivery of a creative curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted regulations.
  • Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and the community.
  • Take on management duties when the Manager is absent.
Requirements
  1. A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 5 preferred).
  2. In-depth understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding practices, and Ofsted standards.
  3. A proactive approach to supporting children's development and learning.
