Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Quality Care Manager to lead our children's home team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing care services, with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care services, adhering to OFSTED and children's home regulations.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring effective communication with parents/guardians and external agencies.
  • Oversee medication administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and working closely with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, highlighting areas for improvement and contributing to quality assurance initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to address these issues.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing care services, preferably in an OFSTED-regulated setting.
  • A Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent, with a strong understanding of leadership principles and practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks, staying up-to-date with changes and developments.
  • Strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating others to achieve excellence in care provision.
Salary and Benefits
