Job Overview

Setsquare Recruitment is seeking a skilled Project Documentation Coordinator to join their team on a long-term basis. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual to develop their skills in document management and work on a wide range of projects.

Duties
  1. Maintaining accurate records of project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  2. Ensuring that all project documents are up-to-date and accessible to the relevant team members.
  3. Organising and managing electronic and physical filing systems for efficient retrieval and storage of documents.
  4. Conducting regular audits to verify document accuracy and compliance with established standards.
  5. Working closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure timely document submission and approval.
  6. Utilising document management software proficiently to enhance efficiency in document control processes.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in document control within a civil engineering or construction environment is highly desirable.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing project documentation.
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  4. Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and contribute positively to team dynamics.
