We are seeking an experienced Care Service Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care. As a Care Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field care management, ensuring that clients receive safe, effective, and personalized care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Conducting new client assessments and reviews, completing risk assessments and care plans, and addressing customer concerns.">
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Mental Capacity Act (2005) for England and Wales.">
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality in accordance with data protection laws and Draycott policies.">
  • Working closely with Care Coordinators to assign care assistants to clients based on compatibility and care requirements.">
  • Participating in the on-call emergency rota and ensuring all emergency calls are properly recorded and communicated to the relevant parties.">
  • Regularly reviewing care services delivered to clients, ensuring compliance with Draycott's protocols.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • ">
  • NVQ Care Level 3 (ideally NVQ Care Level 4 or working towards).">
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.">
  • Experience in providing care services and supporting individuals with their daily living needs.">
  • Proven ability to manage a team, offering guidance, training, and constructive feedback to maintain a high standard of care.">
  • Computer literacy with the ability to manage administrative duties efficiently, knowledge of care management software, and field compliance.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.">
