Electrical Installation Assessment Role

We are currently seeking a qualified electrician to join our team as an Electrical Installation Assessor for apprentice electricians. As an Assessment and Training Professional, you will work with us to provide full training and career progression opportunities.

As an Assessment and Training Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and observations of learners in the workplace and classroom settings
  • Providing constructive feedback and support to learners to meet required standards
  • Maintaining accurate assessment records and documentation
  • Collaborating with our training team to develop assessment materials
  • Staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in electrical installations

Requirements for this role include:

  • Fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least three years' electrical experience
  • Good communication skills and the ability to nurture and encourage learners
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check and hold a full driving licence
