Motor Claims Quality Assurance Professional

This challenging yet rewarding role will see the successful candidate assuming responsibility for auditing motor claims, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Key duties include:
- Auditing claims to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable feedback to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, driving business excellence and growth.
- Developing and maintaining reporting formats, creating data-driven insights on audit findings to inform training needs.
- Providing support to agents and management teams, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains, contributing to business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have extensive experience in Motor claims, preferably with expertise in the MOJ portal. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Benefits:
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits. Hybrid working arrangements are considered, with regular office attendance required at Tonbridge-based offices.
