Claims Auditor Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Auditor to join our team at Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd. As a Claims Auditor, you will play a key role in the development and execution of our Claims Journey Audit programme and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Auditing randomly selected claims thoroughly and appropriately.
- Providing feedback directly to the agent, Head of Claims, Business Improvement Team, and Senior Management Team.
- Reviewing claims, associated call recordings, and portal messages to assess and score claims handling and customer journey.
- Proposing design improvements and delivering them in conjunction with the Claims Team, Directors, Business Improvement Team, IT, and MI Management Team.
- Developing reporting formats for sharing with external parties and creating MI reports on Audit findings to highlight training needs.
Requirements:
- Extensive claims experience (preferably in Motor).
- Experience with the MOJ portal.
Working Conditions:
The ideal candidate will be required to work in the office each week, so they need to be able to get to Tonbridge. Hybrid working is considered but not guaranteed.
Estimated salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.
