Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is a specialist recruitment agency working with an expanding Insurance Claims organization. We are currently seeking a skilled Claims Auditor to join their team.
Job Overview
The Claims Auditor will play a crucial role in contributing to the development and execution of the company's Claims Journey Audit programme. This involves auditing randomly selected claims, providing feedback to stakeholders, and proposing design improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review claims and associated call recordings and portal messages to assess and score claims handling and customer journey.
- Propose and deliver design improvements in conjunction with the Claims Team, Directors, Business Improvement Team, IT, and MI Management Team.
- Develop reporting formats for sharing with external parties and create MI reports on audit findings highlighting training needs.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with extensive claims experience, preferably in Motor, and experience with the MOJ portal. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Estimated Salary Range: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.
