Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Complex Support Team Leader to join our team at Trinity Claims.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of claims professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure that they deliver high-quality services to our clients.

You will be accountable for managing the team's workload, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to handle incoming calls and claims efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
