Your Role

You will lead the overall delivery of the service, manage the team, and liaise with the Area Service Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with partners, key stakeholders, and external agencies
  • Overseeing the overall delivery of the service
  • Working closely with internal and external partners to achieve KPIs
  • Managing the recruitment, performance, and development of staff
  • Responsibility for health and safety in the service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience of working in a managerial role within a similar service, with strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Compassionate, caring, and hardworking with a hands-on approach to support
  • Experience of working in a personalised way supporting service users to maximise opportunities for personal development
  • Proven ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners
  • A full valid driving licence is essential for travel requirements
