About the Opportunity


Bramah HR LTD is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join their collaborative team based in Northamptonshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations and be able to manage ER casework of varying complexity.



Role Overview


This on-site opportunity involves managing generalist duties as part of the role, with a focus on employee relations. It's a fantastic chance for an established advisor to contribute to a fast-paced environment.



About You


To succeed in this role, you'll need good communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for employee relations. As a specialist in your field, you'll have experience in managing ER casework and working collaboratively with colleagues.



The Role Involves:



  • Managing ER casework of varying complexity
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues
  • Providing expert advice on employee relations matters
  • Supporting the development of effective employee relations strategies
