Job Opportunity:

Rockfield Specialist Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled High-Performance System Development Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance systems and components for a diverse range of applications.

You will be part of a dynamic team of engineers working on innovative solutions to complex engineering problems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance systems and components, utilizing expertise in physics, chemistry, precision mechanics, optics, mathematical analysis, electronic, signal processing, and control.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to develop products within project timescales, providing input and feedback as needed.
  • Liaise with other groups to ensure seamless design transfer and system testing procedures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for internal and external personnel.
  • Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures related to engineering practices.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 per annum.
