Network Systems Developer

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team at Hexegic. The successful candidate will design and develop systems and security software for a novel Linux-based network security appliance. With a strong background in C++, Rust and/or Go and fundamental networking knowledge, you will contribute to the development of secure and efficient systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop low-level systems and network programming
- Implement Linux/Unix/POSIX systems programming
- Program networks and protocol implementations
- Develop network architectures for secure architecture
Requirements
- Proficiency in C++, Rust and/or Go
- Applied experience in networking concepts
- Relevant computer science degree or equivalent background
What We Offer
- Competitive annual salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
- Professional development budget: £5,000 per annum
- Flexible work arrangements and up to 25 days annual leave
