At Home Support Matters, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional care services, we offer a supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being of both our clients and staff.
About the RoleWe are looking for candidates who possess a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care. As a Caregiver with Home Support Matters, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care and daily living tasks
- Provide domestic support, including household tasks and shopping visits
- A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle (preferable)
- No prior care experience is necessary; training will be provided
- Flexible working hours with zero-hours contracts or guaranteed hours/block shift contracts available
- Paid mileage: 42p per mile for travel expenses
- Paid holiday: Enjoy time off with a holiday allowance in addition to hourly rate
- Company mobile phone for work-related tasks
- Refer a friend bonus: £100 for successful referrals (subject to terms and conditions)
