Job Description:

A role as a Care Assistant involves assisting individuals in safe and respectful ways, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Key tasks include:

  • Supporting service users with daily activities such as personal care and mobility assistance
  • Administering medication according to individual plans
  • Preparing meals and developing meal plans tailored to each person's needs
  • Empowering individuals to achieve independence in line with their care goals
  • Providing companionship and helping when needed
