- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden the scope of services delivered

- Manage and drive the sales process within each account to maximize additional opportunities

- Take responsibility for coordinating and managing the implementation of new accounts assigned
- Ensure all customer sales enquiries, compliant handling and account management is in line with agreed SLA's
