Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at BSC Education Ltd. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the Director of Business Development to maximise the potential from the designated region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of the ELT and Pathways sectors, monitoring trends & competitor activity and reporting on market intelligence.
  • Develop and implement marketing and recruitment plans for designated target markets to achieve annual sales targets and agreed KPIs.
  • Arrange and undertake visits to designated target markets which include initiatives that target students at each stage of the Student Journey.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in business development and account management in a B2B environment.
  • A second language relevant to the market.
  • Experience in developing new business in any industry within the service sector.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 - £32,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays, wellbeing day, paid bereavement leave and miscarriage leave, and internal development opportunities.
