We are seeking a seasoned B2C sales and customer loyalty leader to drive our evolution into a customer-centric powerhouse. As a visionary Head of B2C Sales, you will lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies for our call centre-based sales engine.

As a hands-on leader and member of the senior management team, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, engaging in both strategic planning and tactical execution. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies tailored for our B2C call centre environment
  • Leading, mentoring, coaching and inspiring a high-performing sales team
  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive customer loyalty programme
  • Analysing and reporting on customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams
  • Working closely with marketing to optimise sales leads and improve conversion rates
  • Monitoring and optimising team activity and performance through data-driven insights

About You

You will bring a wealth of experience in managing B2C contact centre environments and optimising lead processes. You are passionate about leading a team to success, taking ownership and accountability for critical sales strategies, and driving customer retention initiatives.

You thrive in a data-driven environment where you can collaborate with marketing to fine-tune the customer contact journey. You have extensive experience in creating and managing training and onboarding programmes, ensuring consistency and excellence in customer interactions.
