Responsibilities

The role is outbound, B2C sales from internet generated customer enquiries, selling life insurance and other protection products.

  1. Helping customers understand the importance of life insurance and highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  2. Performing fact finds, providing quotes and arranging life insurance policies for customers over the phone, in line with our sales process.
Qualifications

Skills and Experience

  1. It is essential that you are a good communicator, passionate about sales and have experience of working to and achieving targets.
  2. Having a successful career in outbound sales and being able to demonstrate that you have consistent achievement of targets.

We offer a range of benefits, including a 3 day weekend every other week, a basic salary of £30,000 with total earnings up to £60,000 inc. bonus, and a winning culture with individual and team incentives.
