Astute People is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Manager to drive growth across the North of England and Central Scotland, with a focus on MOD and Marine industries.

About This Role:

  • Represent Astute People as a leading provider of sealing solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and resellers in key MOD, marine, and offshore projects.
  • Deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and site visits to promote our innovative solutions.
  • Manage long-term sales projects, secure specifications, and support clients through project lifecycles.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and proven experience in technical sales.
  • Background in marine, offshore, or defence industries is advantageous.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to travel as needed.
