What you will do:

You can genuinely change people’s lives as a Senior Talent Solutions Manager, presenting them with opportunities they wouldn’t find on their own. As well as providing solutions to your customers, it’s about nurturing careers.

As a Senior Talent Solutions Manager you are an integral part of the team dedicated to our Finance market and together with your colleagues you will look for the right talent solution for your customers. Working as a trusted advisor, you will guide both your candidates and clients through the hiring experience from start to finish, resulting in the right person in the right job.

You will contribute by:

  • Growing your network to develop new and existing business
  • Building a talent pool pipeline
  • Conducting all stages of a recruitment solution for your customers
  • Understanding and analysing the market and sharing trends with your customers
