Automotive Sales Representative

Our client, a highly respected dealer group, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their Volume Brand dealership in Leicester.
You will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and possess strong automotive sales experience. Key qualities include drive, enthusiasm, energy, and talent with the desire to succeed.
The role involves using a consultative approach to sell new and used vehicles primarily in the showroom, maximising all opportunities to achieve sales targets of 15-30 units per month. You will also be responsible for selling F&I products.
A competitive salary package includes an open-ended uncapped commission structure and performance-related pay plan, providing unlimited earning potential.
The working week will be Monday to Friday (8:30am-6:00pm), Saturday (8:30am-5:00pm), and Sunday (10:00am-4:00pm). Our client is adopting an alternate weekend rota and requires a suitable candidate to facilitate this transition.
