Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Recra Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for selling automotive products to customers, achieving monthly sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Sales reporting and forecasting: Accurately forecast sales and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Conducting market research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to make informed sales decisions.
  • Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Proactively engage with potential customers: Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into sales.
  • Negotiate and close sales: Use negotiation skills to secure deals and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Knowledge and passion for automotive products and trends.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to adapt sales approach to different customer profiles.
