We are looking for a skilled Hospital Services Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week and be responsible for coordinating hospital services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks efficiently, and possess experience in delivering high-quality customer care. They will also be able to work under pressure, think on their feet, and make decisions that benefit our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate hospital services, including receiving patients, guiding visitors, and responding to customer requests.
  • Maintain clean and tidy lobby and public areas.
  • Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff with setting up rooms or moving furniture.
  • Ensure customer safety and respond to emergencies.
