Job Title: Senior Pharmacist - Acute Hospital

Salary: £46,148 - £52,809 per annum

Location: Whiston Hospital, Prescot

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team as a Senior Pharmacist in an acute hospital setting. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to multiple specialties, developing and implementing clinical pharmacy policies and procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to multiple specialties within an acute hospital setting
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in pharmacy or equivalent experience
  • Postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy or equivalent qualification
  • Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council and Royal Pharmaceutical Society
  • Demonstrable experience of providing clinical pharmacy services in an acute hospital setting
