About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Social Worker to join our team as a Team Manager. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality social work services to service users in the Connected Persons team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a team of Social Workers and ensure they are providing excellent care to service users.
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures that align with organisational goals.
  • To build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • To ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.
  • To identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Social Work England registration.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic file systems and record-keeping.
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports and assessments.

Salary: £45 per hour
