This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and take ownership of product and marketplace selection, pricing/commercials, and promotional strategy.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on driving results, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth in all marketplaces, including seasonality plans.
  • Product selection, pricing, and margin targets.
  • Forging relationships both internally and externally to support the business channel.
  • Product and marketplace opportunity analysis with a strong data-led approach.
  • Keyword research/listing search optimisation - leading on content enhancements.
  • Leverages data and insights to maximise traffic and conversion rates.
  • Partners with 3P vendors to allocate resources against online tactics.
  • Leverage business analytics to maximise sales and profit performance.
  • Drive forecasting and inventory planning with the Operations team and partners.
  • Communicate key information to leadership team including core metrics and strategic business updates.
  • Manage the channel for errors, alerts, questions, and enquiries and resolve them urgently.
  • Identifies marketplace issues and root causes, making recommendations for improvements.

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Significant commercial experience in a multi-marketplace business.
  • Successful track record of growing market share and revenue on marketplaces.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon algorithms and
  • Experience with P&L - setting pricing & profitability strategies.
