Holiday Season Assistant

Hiring People is seeking a Holiday Season Assistant to join our team for the upcoming season. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
About the Role- This is a seasonal position requiring a 40-hour workweek over five days, which may include weekends and bank holidays.
- You'll have access to a staff pitch with an electric hook-up point, free of charge, to ensure your comfort during your stay.
- Complete daily cleaning tasks, including facilities, toilet blocks, and reception areas.
- Handle bookings via phone and face-to-face using our custom booking system.
- Take responsibility for emergency phone duties on a rotational basis.
- Participate in training courses, both on-site and at Greenfields House.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report any health and safety concerns.
- A strong foundation in computer skills with a willingness to adapt to new systems.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Ability to operate handheld machinery after receiving proper training for grounds maintenance.
- A valid UK driving license.
As a valued member of our team, you'll receive 28 days of pro-rata holiday pay, which can be taken during your contract or paid out upon completion.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £18,500 - £22,000, based on experience.
