  • This is a seasonal contract with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Candidates must be prepared to work in diverse locations throughout the UK, including Scotland and Northern Ireland.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, guiding campers to their pitches and providing assistance when needed.
  • Carry out routine site maintenance, including minor repairs and grounds upkeep.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of site facilities, ensuring they are spotless and well-maintained.
  • Process bookings effectively using our bespoke system.
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, updating the system accurately.
  • Take responsibility for after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.
  • Attend regular team meetings and updates.
